Adaptive Dance

Adaptive Dance (ages 8 - adult)
A joyful and inclusive class for movers of all abilities! Dancers explore rhythm, coordination, and creative expression through music and movement in a supportive and welcoming environment. A parent, guardian, or caregiver must stay for the class and is welcome to participate as needed. This class celebrates individuality, encourages connection, and makes the joy of dance accessible to everyone.
